ICS is the consulting and training arm of IDS — registered as IDS Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 198601009262 / 158505-X), a wholly owned subsidiary of IDS. ICS and IDS share the same office in Penampang, Sabah.

Yes. ICS is an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider, and our claimable programmes are delivered with HRD Corp claims in mind so employers can make use of their levy. You can indicate whether your company intends to claim when you submit an enquiry.

Yes. Customized in-house programmes are one of our core services. Content, duration, and delivery format are tailored to your organisation's objectives, audience, and industry — at your venue or online.

Request it through the request form — select "Download / Request Training Calendar" as the nature of enquiry, and we will send you the current corporate training calendar, including 2027 programme dates.

Yes. A TNA is available for organisations that want training aligned to specific capability gaps. Request it in the form and we will send you the TNA form as part of our reply.

We review enquiries within 1–2 business days. For a customized programme we then prepare a proposal covering scope, duration, delivery format, and pricing.
